We write to inform you that there are changes to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance relating to the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes that effected on 1st April 2013. However, these changes will not apply to personal data that we have been using before they come into effect including personal data of our corporate customers (i.e. individuals’ personal data collected in their official capacities).
We take this opportunity to let you know that we intend to continue to use your personal data for direct marketing of our products and/or services .
